Funding and Financing Resources

The Haliburton County Development Corporation offers funding opportunities to local businesses.  Check out their three funding programs to find one that fits your needs:

Sustain Ontario​ lists a number of funding opportunities on their website, as they arise.  Check often to see if your business idea qualifies for a grant:

If you are an entrepreneur between the ages of 18 and 29, Futurpreneur offers financing, mentoring and support tools to help you get your business off the ground:

The Government of Canada offers a financing program that provides loans to start-ups and existing for-profit small businesses with gross revenues of $10 million or less:

Farm business loans are not available through the above listed financing program, but through the Canadian Agricultural Loans Act program:
